I truly believe that access to movement is liberation.
We as humans need to move, it is the golden key to a joyful body, mind and heart.
I enjoy creating a warm and welcoming environment to support you in your recovery so you can get back to living your life to the fullest.
My Philosophy is to help you strengthen your foundation to find freedom in your movement. I do this through a combination of techniques - manual therapy, dry needling, movement re-training, clinical pilates and progressive strength training.
